Preston One maintains a no smoking policy throughout the building, including all common areas, the lobby, rest rooms, stairwells, elevators, parking garage, parking garage roof or parking garage stairwells. Please do not smoke at building entrances.  Smoking is not allowed within 20 feet of any building entrance.  Preston One has a designated smoking area located outside the southeast corner of the parking garage. Please contact the Building Management office or the Courtesy Officer to be shown the exact location of the designated smoking area.
